24 Hours

Know how I know this isn't a safe neighborhood? There are over 20,000 students here, and there's not one all-night diner or cafe. Whereas necessity drove me and many others to the gas station or Wal-Mart for places to talk during my undergraduate years, that trend hasn't spread to the Dunkin' Donuts that stays open 24 hours here. I'll pass on hanging out with the locals who hang out at Dunkin' Donuts at 2:00 in the morning.
